I like to be clear and concise about what working with me will involve if you plan on paying me to photograph you. If you do, great, read on and get an understanding of what you can expect.

My fees vary depending on what you want to do. Generally speaking, if you want me to shadow you like some sort of paparazzi and bother you for a full day portrait session, it'll be about $800. Half a day will be $600. A two hour session is the minimum time and that's $300. If you want me to photograph a wedding, you're going to need to pay me at least $2500, and make sure I and an assistant get fed at your reception.

Here's my standard contract:

To avoid disruption to the photographic coverage and to allow the Photographer to fulfil their contracted duty; other photography by family/ friends at the time of the photographic assignment is not permitted. Interference by family or guests in the photographic process may compromise the quality of imagery produced.

Limit of Liability:
All parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of the assignment. The Photographer will do their best to fulfil all requests but can make no guarantees all images will be delivered.

If the photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified above the Photographer will try to book a replacement photographer. If a replacement photographer cannot be found, then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.

The Photographer has working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond their control. In these circumstances, if images are not delivered, or a limited number of images are delivered, liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.

If the assignment produces unforeseen risks outside the details of the assignment to the photographer or their equipment, the photographer reserves the right to protect their equipment and themselves, which may lead to missed images.
