Fine Art
While I learned the basics of photography and the processing of images before I formally studied Art at University, I have always loved the way that visual media captures stories. Photography can tell stories just as well as the best paintings in the world, and that is where I get my inspiration to create images.
My photographic art practice focuses on paying homage to the Pre-Raphaelite painters, while exploring themes of ephemerality, the fragility of life, and of course, like all photography, the distillation of time down to a single moment of light, simply captured.
I have featured in many art exhibitions and hope to feature in many more in the future. Prints of selected work are available for purchase.
